Justine is a dynamic and detail-oriented meetings and events professional with over a decade of experience leading end-to-end event strategy and execution across corporate, association, and nonprofit sectors. As Events Manager at INCOSE, she supports the organization’s global events portfolio—helping lead the planning and delivery of high-impact conferences that foster connection, culture, and collaboration at every level.
Throughout her career, Justine has built deep expertise in orchestrating everything from intimate executive retreats to large-scale conferences with thousands of attendees, across both in-person and hybrid formats. Her association experience includes impactful roles at the American Association of Endodontists, the Residential Real Estate Council, and the American Orthopaedic Association.
Justine holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Hospitality Business and German Language from Michigan State University and is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) through the Events Industry Council. An engaged member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI), she has been recognized with several industry honors, including the MPI-Chicago Area Chapter Tomorrow’s Leader Award (2017) and the national MPI RISE Award (2018).
When she’s not managing logistics or deep in a spreadsheet, Justine enjoys spending time with her family and her two beloved miniature dachshunds, Hansi and Lotti. You’ll often find her planning her next international adventure, discovering new restaurants around Chicago, or relaxing by Lake Michigan. Whether organizing a complex global event or a weekend getaway, she thrives on creating meaningful experiences that bring people together.
