This month, Richard Beasley will present his topic: Capability to Develop, Produce, Maintain, and Support Systems – A System Itself. Richard Beasley has spent 37½ years at Rolls Royce, with the last 18 spent as mix between Systems Engineering Capability manager and Systems Engineering specialist in RR. He is now semi-retired and running a single employee Systems Advisory business. Richard has had many roles in INCOSE, including President of INCOSE UK chapter (2012-14), Director of Services for INCOSE (2022-24), author on BKCASE project (section 5 or organizing to do SE in SEBoK), one of the lead authors of the INCOSE SE competency framework, author of many IS papers, and currently chair of the “Embedding Systems Engineering in Organizations” Working Group.
