Cancellation policy for in person attendance
In the event you will be unable to attend the Workshop in person after you have registered, there are two options.
Option 1: Changing from in person attendance to virtual participation
If you would like to attend the conference virtually, you must provide written notice including the reason for the change to registration@incose.net by Monday, January 20, 2025. INCOSE will review the request for changing to virtual participation. If approved, your registration for in person attendance will be substituted with a registration for virtual participation under the same registration type. A credit for the difference will be issued within 90 days after the event concludes.
Option 2: Cancelling attendance
If you would like to cancel your registration, you must provide written notice including the reason for the cancellation to registration@incose.net by Monday, January 20, 2025. INCOSE will review the request. If approved, all cancellations received and approved by Monday, January 20, 2025 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee for INCOSE Members and $195 for Non-Members. There will be no refunds for cancellations and modifications received after Monday, January 20, 2025.
Substitutions are allowed at no extra cost if the substitute is an equivalent registrant (e.g., INCOSE member as a substitute for an INCOSE member), but will require an additional charge if he/she is not an equivalent registrant. Please send an email to
