All activities for the International Symposium will take place at The Roger Centre Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, which is connected to the Westin.
A limited number of guestrooms in a selection of hotels will be available for INCOSE International Symposium participants at a special group room rate.
Reservations will be accepted at the group rate until Wednesday, June 18, 2025 or until the group block is filled, whichever occurs first.

Cancellation Policy

Individual reservations may be cancelled or modified without penalty until 7 days before the date of arrival. If the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival or in the case of a no-show, the full price of the reservation will be charged. Any modifications made within 7 days of arrival that shorten the length of stay will result in full charge.

Early Departure Fee: The hotel will charge a one-time early checkout fee equivalent to one (1) night plus room and tax.
